The importance of being a Florida Certified Contractor

A Florida General Contractor (CBC) means a contractor who services the construction of commercial buildings and single-dwelling or multiple-dwelling residential buildings. This is the correct license needed for those wishing to build new residential and commercial structures up to three-stories. Not to be confused with a Florida Residential Contractor’s License which is only needed for residential construction and remodeling.
